About the Role :
We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven SME Growth Partner to fuel our expansion in the SME lending space. You’ll play a key role in acquiring quality loan referrals, building long-term broker partnerships, and delivering financial solutions that support business growth for small and medium-sized enterprises.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Source SME loan referrals through a network of brokers, agents, and partners
- Build and nurture referral relationships to ensure consistent lead generation
- Assess financial viability of referred businesses and structure relevant loan proposals
- Collaborate with the Credit team on risk evaluation and loan approval processes
- Negotiate loan terms aligned with company policies and compliance standards
- Manage a portfolio of active SME clients and ensure repayment discipline
- Coordinate with collections for overdue follow-ups and recovery efforts
- Monitor market and credit trends to identify potential risk exposure
- Assist clients in documentation and application processes
- Provide light advisory on working capital, cash flow, and funding options
What You Bring :
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SME financing , commercial banking , or B2B financial solutionsProven track record in loan origination and partner-driven salesStrong network within the broker and SME ecosystemGood understanding of SME credit evaluation and business operationsWeCruit Pte Ltd
