Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical or Precision Engineering or other relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience as a process engineer in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent. Mechanical and electrical workmanship Experience in working in cleanroom will be an advantage Good problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions Good communication skills
Strategic planning and develop cost effective & low risk manufacturing / assembly process steps / planning from raw material to completion including special processes through Product Quality Plan (PQP).
- Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.
- Feasibility study for New Assembly.
- Identify the facilities / supplies required for the assembly.
- Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery.
- Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure smooth production.
- Manage technical changes to fulfill customer requirement.
- Implement improvements to processes for cost effectiveness.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
