We are looking for a proactive and diligent Admin Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director and colleagues, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in coordinating office activities, managing records, and supporting HR and finance functions.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Director and team members promptly
- Coordinate office activities and opera
- tions to ensure efficiency
- Manage filing systems, office / project records, and databases
- Answer and manage phone calls, correspondence, and inquiries
- Support HR functions, bookkeeping, and invoicing tasks
- Monitor inventories and handle procurement of office supplies
- Assist colleagues with administrative and operational needs
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as required
