Responsibilities :
Coordinate passenger flows and information with airline
crew, in-flight staff, and airport ground teams, including during
delays or disruptions.
Perform document and
boarding pass verification to ensure travel and security
compliance.
Guide, develop, motivate and
mentor team members to upload the highest of service and discipline
standards
Greet and assist passengers
throughout the check-in process, boarding gates, and
arrivals.
Handle service disruptions and
prepare operational reports.
Follow SOPs for
safety, security, and service
quality.
Requirements :
Proficient in
English, additional languages would be a plus to communicate with
international passengers
Cheerful and outgoing
personality
Service-oriented and willing to go
the extra mile
Comfortable working shift
hours
