Procurement Engineer - D22 Jurong, Jurong Island, Tuas, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic function as Procurement Engineer to join our fast-paced infrastructure team. In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end purchasing lifecycle from identifying and qualifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring on‑time delivery of materials and services. Your efforts will directly support our project timelines, budget targets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and pre‑qualify potential suppliers.
• Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and evaluate supplier proposals against technical, commercial, and delivery criteria.

Tendering & Purchase Order Exercise

Cost Analysis & Negotiation

Vendor Performance & Relationship Management

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Procurement Workflow & Documentation

Ad Hoc Procurement Support
