- Assist Supply Chain management in secretarial topics.
- Drive continuous improvements in administrations workflows.
- Provide seamless and timely office administration & travel support.
- Help in preparation of workshops & team events organisation.
- Maintaining office systems as well as teams floor office space.
Requirements
Diploma holder in any disciplines of 3 to 5 years administrative / secretarial experienceAptitude to work autonomously within established procedures and practicesAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and timelyIt is an advantage if you have Exposure to past teams administration in multinational company; Basic training in business or administration domain and Working experience in an international environment.Licence no : 12C6060
