Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Biosafety Lab sectors. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base, increase market penetration, and achieve year-on-year revenue growth.
- Proactively prospect, network, and generate new business leads within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Biosafety Lab user sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and customer referrals.
- Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and industry trends to ensure competitive positioning and effective benchmarking of offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Finance, and Operations teams to align business initiatives and ensure smooth execution of strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report key sales performance metrics such as sales volume, forecast accuracy, market share, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from a recognized institution.8–10 years of relevant sales experience , preferably in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Logistics, or B2B sectors.Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM platforms , sales analytics, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies.Yee Jie Ling Jaslin (R )
