The Opportunity

Are you obsessed with how great products are built, right down to the pixels? We're looking for a Design Engineer Intern with a passion for systems and an eye for detail to work on the most foundational part of our user experience : our Design System. This is a rare chance to go behind the scenes, bridging the gap between design and engineering, and helping us build a more consistent, efficient, and beautiful product for our clients.

What You'll Do

As our Design Engineer Intern, you won't just be on the sidelines. You will be a crucial contributor to our design and development process.

• Organise and refine components : Meticulously audit, document, and organise our library of UI components, ensuring every component is pixel-perfect and easy for designers and engineers to use.
• Bridge design and code : Collaborate closely with the front-end engineering team to ensure our design components are implemented accurately and function flawlessly in our live product.
• Maintain the source of truth : Assist in managing and updating the design system, making sure it remains the single source of truth for our product's visual and interactive language.
• Champion consistency : Help identify and resolve inconsistencies in the user interface across the platform, advocating for the adoption and correct use of the design system.
