Responsibilities :

Preparing sales and purchase

confirmation

Processing customer's order,

issuing purchase order to supplier

Generate

customer sales invoice & preparing payments to supplier

invoices

Liaise with store for delivery

arrangement

Sending statement of account to

customers monthly

Provide administrative

support to the Sales Department

Job Requirements :

Min. 'O' Levels or related qualifications with at least

1-2 years' working

experience
