Job

Responsibilities :

Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care

for an assigned group of patients.

Demonstrate

competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge

Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of

patient's progress.

Assists doctors and attend

to emergency calls whenever necessary.

Perform

appropriate interventions for effective patient's

outcomes.

Manage and monitor medical supplies,

equipment and consumables inventory

Practise

safety and infection control precautionary measures

Participate in patients' rehabilitation, involving the

patients' family.

Manage rendered in the

notes, medication records and charts of patients.

Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations

as appropriate.

Job

requirements

Diploma

in nursing , SNB registered

With relevant

years of experience in nursing home, Geriatric or Palliative Care

Setting

Senior Staff Nurse with experience in
