Roles & Responsibilities

Overview :

This role is responsible for managing the successful delivery of a large-scale SAP rollout project. The individual will oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The role requires deep expertise in both project management and SAP systems, ensuring efficient coordination of timelines, resources, finances, and stakeholder reporting, while proactively managing risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage the overall project plan and timeline.
• Oversee and ensure completion of all deliverables within agreed timeframes and budget.
• Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and team coordination.
• Monitor and control project financials, including budget tracking and reporting.
• Generate comprehensive project status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication across functional, technical, and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and methodologies.
• Support decision-making processes through timely escalations and updates.
• Conduct project review sessions to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
