Roles & Responsibilities
Working Day & Working Hours :
5 or 6 days / week (including weekends & PH), 4-5 hours shift / day
Service and Basic Food Preparation
- To welcome customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- To prepare food according to required specifications, receipe and required standards
- Know the menu and promotions very well, upselling products actively
- Use equipment / tools (e.g. POS / delivery devices / Nets, Credit card terminals / SAFRA Points system)
- Perform duties accurately and speedily
Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and Safe Work Environment
Need to observe all food safety regulations by wearing gloves, face mask when handling foodPractice good personal grooming and hygiene (e.g. clean uniform, short nails, tied-up hair)Maintain cleanliness and working condition of the kitchen, equipment, crockery and utensilsStock management - record keeping and stock management.Expected Work Behaviour
