Roles & Responsibilities

• Led maintenance and shutdown operations for critical E&I systems at the SMAG Complex, ensuring peak operational performance.
• Supervised installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation devices, including MCC, control panel, motor, lighting, electrical heat tracing, electrical & instrument grounding systems, process gas chromatographs analyzers, oxygen analyzers, pH meters, conductivity meters, control valves, flow transmitters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, temperature sensors, etc.
• Managed routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime for industrial automation systems.
• Ensured strict adherence to safety and compliance regulations, maintaining a flawless safety record.
• Prepared technical documentation, including electrical single line, schematic diagrams,instrument loop drawings, maintenance reports and calibration reports, for project handovers and client reviews.

Electrical & Instrumentation Systems : Expertise in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of transformers, control panels, SWGR, MCC units, MV / LV motor, busduct systems, electrical heat tracing, electrical & instrument grounding systems and instrumentation devices.

Preventive Maintenance : Skilled in implementing schedules to minimize equipment failures and extend system lifespan.

Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting : Proficient in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in electrical and instrumentation systems to reduce operational interruptions.

Project Management : Proven track record in supervising complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Safety Compliance : Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and industrial standards.

Team Leadership : Experienced in team management, task delegation, and maintaining high-quality standards across all project phases.
