Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to dentist during dental treatment / surgery
• Maintaining and sterilizing instruments, equipment and work areas
• Comply with Infection Control Standards
• Casting of models and fabrication of retainers
• Process X-Rays under direction of dentists
• Perform administrative and receptionist duties
• Answering of telephone calls and enquiries from patients
• Maintaining appointment schedules by calling patients for follow-up and for recall appointments
• Registration of patients for their appointments, and discharging patients after their treatment (includes payment, medicine dispensation, scheduling of next appointment etc)
• Any other administrative duties as required
