Roles & Responsibilities

We’re hiring an Admin Officer to manage operations, ensure compliance, and support various administrative tasks. If you have experience in process management , reporting , or administrative support , this role could be a great fit for you.

📍 Nearest MRT : Clarke Quay

🕘 Working Hours : Mon-Thu : 8.30am - 6pm, Fri : 8.30am - 5.30pm

💰 Salary : Up to $3,500 / month

🚩 Start Date : November 2025

📅 Duration : 3-months contract (Extendable)

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Ensure service request management processes align with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and compile detailed weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Manage monthly billing trackers to maintain accurate financial oversight.
  • Oversee account management and SSL certificate tracking systems to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings and manage room bookings for departmental activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or IT operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external parties.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and certificate management would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
