Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the contracts and cost management function across regional offices.
• Provide strategic oversight on contract administration and project financial matters.
• Support senior leadership in departmental planning and decision-making.
• Guide the team through all project phases, from pre-contract to completion and final account closure.
• Review and prepare contractual documents, claims, variations, and related correspondence.
• Oversee tender reviews and provide direction to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor negotiations to secure favourable terms.
• Track and monitor project costs, timelines, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Partner with project teams to resolve issues, assess claims, and maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with company and industry standards.
