Roles & Responsibilities

💰 Salary : Up to $5,000

📍 Work Location : Clients’ Sites (Taxi fares claimable)

🕒 Working Hours :

Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (5.5-day work week)

We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to oversee and manage all Mechanical & Electrical works for our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and site coordination expertise.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site

Review and ensure technical drawings (M&E, architectural, structural) are accurate and aligned

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve site issues

Plan, schedule, and monitor M&E activities to meet project timelines

Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems

Assist with procurement of M&E materials and equipment

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognised by relevant authorities)

Possess 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with site coordination exposure

Familiarity with building codes, construction practices, and M&E systems

Experience in AutoCAD / Revit MEP / Auto Revit MEP is an added advantage

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
