Operations Planning Executive (Healthcare, Planning, Operations) #HVW

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department facility operations
• Manage on the ground operations in the facility / site location
• Extract and collate operations data for reporting.
• Support workflow reviews and enhancements.
• Provide support to any other operational functions as part of outbreak response.
• Plan and develop operational workflows for inter-division or inter-agencies coordination and support.
• Represent department during meetings
• Point of contact when liaising with other departments / key stakeholders
• Formulate and present situation updates to management.
• Forecast and manage budgets and team procurement
• Daily team support including : new hire set up; purchase of goods & services, process invoices
• Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures
• Develop and prepare reports and maintain database
