Senior Captain (Semi Fine Dining)
- Working Hours : 5days (Split Shift) ; Kitchen close 3pm-6pm
- Location : Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel / Somerset
- Salary : $2,750 to $3,200 (with AWS + Bonus + $4,000 Joining Bonus!) + OT Paid
- Prior F&B and wine knowledge will be an advantage
- Able to work split shift
- Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope :
Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute dutiesUndertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitabilityFocus mainly on Service / FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen / BOH.
