Job Responsibilities
- Handle project claims
- Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage
- Working with a team of QS to ensure timely payment collection
- Prepare tenders and quotations, progress claims, variations, subcontractors’ payments
- Co-ordination with project personnel and clients for pre and post contract matters above
- Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
- Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager / Higher Management
Job Requirement
Relevant Qualification : Degree / Diploma / Certificate in QS / Civil Engineering / Building / Construction ManagementMinimum diploma holder / degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering / Building Construction or QS Consultancy in Civil Engineering & Construction industrySelf-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in building construction projectsAble to work independently and work under pressureAble to multitask and meet deadlinesExperienced candidates may be considered for more senior positions.
