Role

Overview

As a

Senior Recruitment Consultant at Quess

Singapore, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end

recruitment activities for our clients. This is a consultative,

client-facing role that requires strong business acumen,

relationship management, and market knowledge. You will be

responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing high-quality

talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and client

experience.

Key

Responsibilities

1.

Talent Acquisition &

Delivery

Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle - from gathering client requirements to

candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview

coordination, and offer negotiation.

Use a mix

of sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media,

networking, referrals, and headhunting, to identify top

talent.

Build and maintain a strong candidate

pipeline for current and future hiring

needs.

2. Client

Engagement & Relationship

Management

Act as a

trusted recruitment advisor to assigned clients, providing market

insights and candidate availability updates.

Ensure timely communication and high-quality delivery to

meet client expectations and SLAs.

Partner

with account managers to explore new business opportunities and

grow existing

accounts.

3. Market

& Business Intelligence

Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks,

and competitor activity to provide value-added insights to

clients.

Share market intelligence with

internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and strategic

hiring decisions.

4.

Process Excellence &

Compliance

Ensure

adherence to internal recruitment processes, documentation, and

compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate

data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate

recruitment reports as

required.

Key Skills

& Attributes

Strong understanding of recruitment practices, preferably

in General Staffing or IT Staffing.

Excellent

sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean

search, and headhunting.

Solid stakeholder

management and relationship-building skills.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation

skills.

Resilient, target-driven, and capable

of working in a fast-paced

environment

Qualifications

& Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or

related field (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years

of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or staffing

environment.

Proven track record of meeting

recruitment targets and delivering high-quality

placements.
