Job descriptionEstablish and lead the Innovation Center, defining its strategic direction and operational framework. Chair and coordinate a committee focused on innovation, automation, and AI adoption. Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends relevant to the organization’s goals. Lead initiatives for big data analytics to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for automation. Collaborate with functional departments (e.g., IT, Operations, HR, Finance) to implement AI solutions that streamline and improve work processes. Develop and manage partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and industry experts in AI and automation. Drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for innovation and automation projects. Report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading innovation, automation, or AI initiatives within a corporate or research environment.
- Strong knowledge of the current AI market, including technologies, vendors, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated expertise in big data analytics, including data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools.
