We are a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Associate to join our team and ensure the success of our retail operations.

Job Description :

As a Retail Associate at Red Dot Running Company you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

You will report to the Retail Manager to provide the necessary support to achieve the store’s goals. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while fostering a sense of community within the store. Through great service and genuine interactions, we aim to cultivate a positive atmosphere where everyone feels empowered to be authentic. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in nurturing this spirit of community and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, including handling cash and card payments.
• Maintain a neat and organised store environment by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, checking for damaged or missing items, and updating stock levels.
• Engage with customers in a courteous and helpful manner, answering questions about product features, sizing, and availability.
• Pack out-going deliveries for online orders.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store by actively participating in team meetings and fostering a sense of community among colleagues and customers.
• Stay informed about all new products and shop merchandise, displays, promotions in order to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
