We are looking to hire Operations Supervisor to take full responsibilities of all aspects of Store Operations and management of the back of house (delivery process and productive standards and good replenishment practices.
Job Descriptions :
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the stockroom organization (standards, layout, efficiency).
- Responsible for RFID and its devices (PDA's and iPods, a good 25R, practices and routine and works alongside with the Commercial team.
- Responsible for planning stockroom initiatives to come up with solutions to overcome capacity issues.
- Managing delivery productivity in line with Company target.
- Manage and oversee the complete delivery process across 3 sections and react to unexpected circumstances when necessary.
- Support management team with security to minimize stock loss and action plans accordingly.
- Responsible for ZARA Online storage in store and its organization.
- Team schedules are done to maximize the coverage of all sections in the stores.
- Actively communicate with the General services team to ensure maintenance issues are reported and incidences reported until sorted.
- Participate in performance review for employees.
- Effective, consistent and regular communication with DM operations.
Training & Development
Recognizes potential operation talents in stores and communicates with store manager, commercials, HR.
Is able to make training plan for store trainee to improve operation skill according to CDP
Standards & Compliance
Ensures that the store is adequately resourced across all the areas that are touched by legal compliance have a thorough knowledge of all compliance issues across the store and that the people involved are knowledgeable and fully trained.Ensures employees are knowledgeable and always updated on SOPs.Implements store self-assessment audits / reviews internal audit reports and devise action plans with the wider management team ensuring that actions are delivered.Health & Safety
To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an accident happens.Job Requirements :
Minimum experience and knowledge :
At least 3 years working experience in the retail operations.Job-Specific / Technical Skills required to complete the tasks :
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities.Able to work shift hours, including weekends and Public HolidaysStrong leadership and man management skills.
