IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users with desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral issues.

Important – Trainings would be provided by the client.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, and security issues.
  • Respond to user requests and provide technical assistance and support.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
  • Install and configure new computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Work with other members of the IT team to resolve issues.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS.(preferred)
  • Experience with desktop and server hardware.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
