To help us

build upon our success, we are seeking a Staff

Engineer to contribute his / her Engineering

leadership in improving our search system performance and

scalability

The ideal candidate will possess

both leadership and technical expertise to lead the system and

software architecture, independently lead the development of new

features and prototypes, and play a pivotal role in the engineering

leadership team in Rezolve

APAC

Key scope

Design the next generation of systems to

support the scalability of Rezolve's Multi Search product.

Contribute to the development of new search pipelines driving

features to improve performance of the system across : indexing,

query understanding, candidate generation and

re-ranking

Key success

factors

The Staff Engineer will

be contributing to ideating and development of features

that :

Improve feature delivery speed

by addressing bottlenecks in the system that lead to slowdown in

feature development

Increase system

scalability and performance

Deliver on new

features that improve the ability of the search system to drive

conversion improvement for

customers

Expertise

The Staff is

Key

Skills

Experience in

building and designing distributed search systems

• Deep Experience in Golang

Experience

with microservice architectures

Deep

experience in deploying systems using infrastructure as

code

Experience in

AWS

Knowledge of GCP and
