Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : Up to $2000

Location : Stevens / Newton

Working Hours : 5.5 Working Days, Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Sat 9am-1pm

Job Scope :

  • Handle all incoming calls and enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customers in accordance with established SOPs and service standards.
  • Direct calls to relevant department.
  • Create job orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer requests and interactions.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level
  • Minimum 1 year customer service in call center settings will be highly advantageous
