Job Description & Requirements

• Have extensive experience in the construction industry
• Familiar with on-site construction management, have control experience and management measures for quality, progress, and cost, understand drawings
• Able to calculate project quantities and materials
• Be able to reasonably allocate workers
• Be able to communicate with on-site safety officers
• Familiar with the entire construction process management of apartments, factories, and bungalows.
