Public Relations Officer (Construction Industry, LTA / HDB)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist Project Manager with public relations aligned with the project’s master work programme.
• Manage and address public feedback and complaints; support press and PR matters.
• Distribute authority-approved notices (pamphlets, letters) to the public before work starts.
• Brief nearby residents and stakeholders about construction impacts prior to each stage.
• Attend and arrange public relations meetings with the project team when needed.
• Ensure advance communication on road closures, traffic diversions, etc., to minimize inconvenience.
• Provide periodic updates to the public on construction activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on public feedback and actions taken.
• Maintain positive public relations throughout the construction period.
