What do you need to do:
- Perform front desk duties such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complaints via phone, email or general correspondence.
- Managing payment collection and submitting dental claims via CHAS, Medisave or Insurance portals.
- Maintain overall clinic cleanliness, infection control and professional image.
- Perform other administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, manage office supplies, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.
What do you need to have:
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
- Possess good communication skills
- Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)
- Able to work in multiple locations as needed operationally
