Job Description

- Position Title : Project Manager
- Working Location : Depend on the project site
- Working Hours : 5.5 days / Mon-Fri : 8am-5pm, Sat : 8am-12pm
- Salary Package : Up to SGD 12,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone allowance + Transport allowance provided for car owners
- Duration : Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectationsMonitor site progress, identify key activities, and expedite workflows to achieve project targetsCoordinate with internal teams and external parties, including consultants and subcontractors / suppliers, ensuring flawless project executionDeliver projects according to the agreed timeline, scope, and budget constraintsExecute projects in compliance with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirementsManage resource availability and allocation effectivelyDevelop detailed plans to monitor and track progressManage and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using proper verification methodsImplement risk management strategies to minimize potential project risksEvaluate project performance using suitable tools and techniques.Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Handle all construction site-related matters, including safety and regulatory complianceProvide regular project updates to managementPerform additional duties as assignedAPPLY NOW!!!
Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management / Building, recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control for application of Resident EngineerMin 8 years of relevant experience as a Contractor, including previous roles as a Project ManagerMin. 8 years of experience in managing design and construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height or projects of similar scale and complexityKindly apply through ANY of the following methods :
