The Role & Your Impact

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering team. In this leadership role, you will drive product innovation, oversee the engineering strategy, and foster a high-performance culture. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology and engineering processes while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Leadership & Strategy : Lead the engineering department, setting vision, goals, and strategy aligned with company objectives.

Team Management : Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Product Development : Oversee the end-to-end engineering process from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of innovative products.

Technical Excellence : Drive technical innovation and ensure the adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies across the team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and other departments to align engineering efforts with business priorities.

Budget & Resource Management : Oversee departmental budgeting and resource allocation to ensure project success.

Performance Optimization : Continuously evaluate engineering performance, implementing improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and scalability.

Risk Management : Identify and mitigate engineering risks while maintaining high standards for quality and security.
