Responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure optimal inventory level in our distribution centres and warehouses.
Required to work together as a team of inventory planners to achieve Service Level and Costing KPI and solving operational issues.
Required to liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses and various other stakeholders, including coordinating the delivery with suppliers and distribution centres .
Handling all matters relating to inventory - such as clearance of short shelf life and aging stocks, rectify stocks issues, process allocation to stores, compile inventory-related reports as well as advise on any inventory-related enquiries (out of stock queries, offer stock, etc.).
Managing the stock allocation to all our stores format.
Involved in projects and contribute to the organization with continual process improvements.
Qualifications
Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Other Ms Office Applications
Knowledge of SAP systems will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
