Roles & Responsibilities

DB&B is seeking creative individuals with excellent skills in space planning and conceptualizing commercial office designs that accentuate our client’s corporate image and provide our employees with a conducive workplace.

Main Responsibilities :

• Provide high quality designs and standards of creative solutions to the project assigned.
• Provide necessary presentation materials as and when it is required.
• Support Project Leader in the projects from the beginning to full completion.
• Provide strategic thinking and analysis for projects when they are being proposed.
• Present and sell creative solutions to clients.
• Participate in project pitching to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to leverage design as a strategic asset in achieving organizational success.
• Ensure design development meets project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
• Champion design excellence and innovation, setting benchmarks for success.
