Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement

Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Understand clients' hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit

Provide timely updates and excellent service to both clients and candidates

Meet agreed targets and contribute to the company's overall success

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven

Ability to manage time effectively and work remotely

Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals is an advantage
