Key

Responsibilities

1. Monitor

project progress within assigned region.

2.

Coordinate with Main Contractors and stakeholders to execute job

scopes effectively.

3. Support the Assistant

Operations Manager (AOM) to streamline workflows and enhance

processes.

4. Enforce SOPs to ensure work

quality and minimize rectification costs.

5.

Ensure ISO and legal compliance :

Participate in risk assessments and enforce control

measures.

Investigate accidents / incidents and

conduct OH&S inspections.

Implement

permit-to-work systems and communicate safety

procedures.

6. Inspect work areas

for hazards before commencement.

7. Conduct

daily toolbox meetings.

8. Submit rectification

and monthly repair cost reports to AOM.

9.

Promote innovation to reduce manpower reliance (e.g., via equipment

upgrades).

10. Oversee batching plant

operations, ensure accurate chemical dosing, and maintain equipment

to prevent delays and quality issues.

11.

Designate tasks to foreman and

workers.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of relevant site or project supervision

experience.

Strong understanding of safety

protocols, SOPs.

Good coordination,

communication, and leadership skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,

PowerPoint).

Familiar with permit-to-work

systems, risk assessment, and incident

reporting.
