Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

Bid & Tender Manager with strong experience in the pre-contract and tendering phase of piling and foundation works . This role leads the preparation, coordination, and submission of technically accurate and commercially competitive bids across public and private sector projects.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in foundation and geotechnical projects , with experience in coordination and managing tenders .

Candidates with prior experience managing project teams will be considered for a senior leadership role such as Department Head or General Manager .

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tender process for piling and ground engineering projects — from tender invitation to submission
• Review and interpret tender documents , drawings, geotechnical reports, and BOQs
• Work closely with estimators , QSs , design engineers , and project teams to develop complete and compliant tender packages
• Liaise with clients for pre-bid meetings , technical clarifications , and site visits
• Ensure all technical and commercial components of each bid are prepared and submitted accurately and on time
• Maintain and update a library of project references, method statements, HSE documents , and submission templates
• Track ongoing tenders and maintain bid status reports for management
