Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking for a highly motivated candidate and good team player to join our group as an Assistant Research Officer / Research Officer (ARO / RO). The successful applicants will be involved in projects related to leaf senescence, and transcriptional regulation in Arabidopsis thaliana and brassica crops.

Responsibilities :

• To handle general molecular work such as DNA / RNA extraction, gene cloning, recombinant protein purification, western blot analysis and qRT-PCR analysis, phenotyping and genotyping
• To generate and take care of transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana plants and their functional characterization
• To create weekly work progress report.
• To manage assigned general laboratory duties
