Beauty Therapist

Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary :

The Beauty Therapist is responsible for performing professional beauty treatments and providing excellent customer service. With prior experience, the therapist is expected to deliver consistent results, confidently recommend suitable treatments or packages, and support the overall performance of the salon. This role requires both hands-on skills and a strong customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform a full range of beauty treatments (e.g. hair removal, beauty treatment)
• Conduct skin / body consultations and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
• Help achieve personal and shop sales targets through package or product recommendations.
• Follow up with customers via WhatsApp for appointment reminders and aftercare.
• Provide excellent service and ensure customers feel comfortable and satisfied.
• Assist in daily opening / closing duties, including product setup, treatment room readiness, and cleanliness.
• Help with stock checks, inventory replenishment, and basic shop upkeep.
• Work closely with the Shop In-charge and team to maintain smooth daily operations.
