DP World is looking for a hands-on HR PMO & Change leader who can turn strategy into real results.

As Director, HR PMO & Change Delivery (APAC) , you’ll be the connector, aligning people, priorities, and plans across a dynamic region. Guided by the VP, Organisation Optimization & Technology, you’ll bring structure to complexity, influence without authority, and lead with clarity, creativity, and trust.

This isn’t about technology only; it’s about people experience, how we design, deliver, and embed change that truly sticks.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver HR and Change projects with structure, governance, and strategic alignment
• Redesign processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
• Influence cross-functional teams to adopt new ways of working
• Build frameworks that balance global standards with regional execution realities
• Lead and deliver end-to-end HR change initiatives from design to hands-on execution, in partnership with cluster and regional HR leaders to drive engagement and adoption
• Translate business priorities into actionable, on-the-ground change plans that enable people and organizational transformation
• Activate peer champions and foster ownership across geographies
