Requirements
We are looking for a motivated
Demi Chef to support our kitchen operations. The role is ideal for
someone with solid culinary skills who is ready to take on more
responsibility and grow within a professional kitchen
environment.
Key
Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie in running a designated section
of the kitchen.
Prepare ingredients, cook, and
present dishes to the highest standard.
Ensure
mise en place is prepared and maintained during service.
Support junior staff with training and guidance when
required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and
food safety practices at all times.
Work
closely with the team to ensure smooth service
operations.
Assist in stock rotation,
inventory checks, and minimizing
waste.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of professional kitchen
experience.
Strong culinary knowledge and
basic kitchen management skills.
Ability to
work under pressure and handle fast-paced service.
Eagerness to learn and develop into a Chef de Partie
role.
Food Safety & Hygiene Certification
is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible
shifts, including weekends and
holidays.
