Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

This will be a 1 year renewable contract position based in One North for Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

  • Daily operations for procurement of goods / services
  • Raise ePRS / PRAS request, perform Goods / services delivered
  • GR and requests tracking
  • Assist in procurement / planning matters
  • Assist in planning of seminars and other events
  • Drafting presentation slides

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business and Finance
  • 2-3 year of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Ms. Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience of procurement purchases
  • Knowledge of finance procedures and processes as well as ministry / public service workflow
  • Proficiency with SAP Systems
  • Documentation and communication skills
  • Able to draft presentation slides / co-ordinate meetings
