Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Sourcer is an arising Recruiter role for candidates who are new and passionate about recruitment. This is a stepping role to become a full fletch Talent Recruiter with us.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening of candidates, coordinating interviews for candidates to be interviewed by Account Managers
  • Perform sourcing activities base on company's current order listing
  • Assist recruiters and account managers with profiling duties

    • Requirements

  • No experience required as training will be provided
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, takes initiative, and fast learner
  • Self-motivated, driven, and willingness to learn
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Singaporeans only
