NEW! Project Manager (Merchants Acquiring) - Contract

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end merchant acquiring implementation, including project planning, coordination, and execution of complex payment-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within a regulated banking environment.

• Involved in the implementation of POS terminal solutions and payment systems, including bank-to-host and S2I setups, payment gateway integrations (APIs, SDKs, plugins), and security protocols such as 3DS and tokenization.

• Support Merchant Business Operations post-go-live to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and transition to BAU teams, while maintaining service quality and operational readiness.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, MAS regulations) by supporting governance processes, SOP updates, and internal documentation.

• Act as a key liaison between merchants and internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance), translating business requirements into technical deliverables and troubleshooting integration or production issues.
