We are hiring on behalf of a leading M&E engineering contractor specializing in design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for major commercial, institutional, and industrial developments. They are seeking a

Mechanical Engineer

to join their project team in Singapore. The successful candidate will support mechanical works coordination, ensure technical compliance, and drive quality and safety standards throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate mechanical services including HVAC, ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection works. Review design drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site and design issues. Prepare material submissions, method statements, and work progress documentation. Monitor work schedules and ensure completion within time and budget. Oversee testing and commissioning activities and manage handover documentation. Enforce compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements on site. Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum

2–5 years of relevant experience

in the M&E or building services industry. Knowledge of HVAC / ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection systems preferred. Familiar with local codes and authorities’ requirements (BCA, PUB, SCDF, SS, CP). Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with a proactive, hands‑on attitude. Experience with
