Reporting to the Global HRBP Head, the
Senior HR Business Partner plays an integral role as a trusted
advisor to senior leaders and managers across our global functions,
partnering leaders to drive business objectives, employee
engagement, and company culture across multiple geographies. You
will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence teams to drive key
talent and organization development programs as well as lead
strategic and high-impact global HR
Projects.
About the
Role
Partner with
global business leaders to understand business goals, providing
strategic HR guidance and solutions to advance both local market
and global business priorities.
Provide sound
advice and coaching to leaders and employees to foster culture of
high performance, inclusion, and compliance in alignment with
Dyson's values.
Drive global talent
initiatives covering workforce planning, talent acquisition,
performance management, succession planning, and career
development.
Partner with stakeholders to
assess organizational needs and, develop appropriate strategies to
enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
Develop and drive change management programs in alignment
with functional transformation and / or leadership
transitions
Operate as a key liaison to HR
Centres of Excellence and Market HR teams to drive, execute and
deliver end to end employee lifecycle activities
Lead global HR projects to drive transformation and new
strategic initiatives
Conduct advanced
analysis of HR metrics and organizational trends to provide
actionable insights and strategic recommendations to
leadership
Ensure compliance with HR policies,
procedures, and legal requirements, and assist in updating and
implementing frameworks as
needed.
About
You
10 years' relevant
experience in Human Resources Business Partnering
High level of communication skills both verbal and
written is essential
Strong analytical skills
and problem-solving skills
Effective
relationship building and influencing skills
Experience in managing organization development and
change management
Proven ability to plan,
drive and implement projects and initiatives
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high
level of ambiguity
