Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a Finance Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage HR functions, including payroll processing, leave tracking, and attendance records.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities : job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance review processes.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies on HR and office matters.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and office facilities to optimize costs.
- Support CEO’s schedule : organize appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visa documentation.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports for the CEO as required.
- Screen and manage calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or prioritizing on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management, HR administration, or executive support roles.Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll processes.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.Professional written and spoken communication skills in English.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume / cv.
