Job Description
1. Establish and maintain document register and databases
2. Prepare and submit documents to LTA, civil and E&M contractors.
3. Manage and Sharing all the I / O letters (LTA, Civil and E&M contractors) with related departments internally.
4. Keeps track of project control / monitoring documents and files and circulate those documents.
6.Collect and store the project completion documents.
7.Necessary documentation for ISO auditing.
8.Handle general administrative duties.
