Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join a leading technology organization. This role will drive end-to-end product strategy and delivery across complex digital transformation initiatives. You will define vision and roadmap, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, citizen- and business-focused technology solutions.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus;
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing products or portfolios through full lifecycle;
• Must have strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments;
• Must have demonstrated ability to define product strategy, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and execute through delivery;
• Must have skills in market and user research, metrics definition (KPIs / OKRs), and data-driven decision-making;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levels;
• Familiarity with business process digitalization, data-driven products, or customer-facing platforms;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset;
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments;
• Experience with agile methodologies, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projects.
