Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and schedule work sequences for construction operation, the Project
- Management Plan and Master Construction Programme
- Attend project interview, site meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Planning, ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment and manage workers.
- To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for all projects
- Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings and resolve any technical issues / difficulties that may arise on site
- To coordinate & liaise with site personnel, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, customers and team member for all project matters
- To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule, preparation of daily records, monthly progress claims and monthly site progress reports.
- Coordinate with consultants on the day-to-day inspection on-site and resolve discrepancies and other detailing problems in the construction works with the consultants and superiors
- Follow up inspection and ensure compliance to all authorities’ rules and requirements.
- Responsible and prepare all method statements, drawings, safe work procedure and risk assessments
- Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
- Responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
